LRM Concrete has been a prominent name in the residential building community for over 40 years. In April of 2021, the business was purchased, paving the way for a new chapter in our journey. With a refreshed vision and commitment to excellence, we proudly serve the communities of Northern Michigan from our Traverse City location.

Meet the Team

Colin Schworm — Director of Operations

Colin keeps every job running on schedule and on spec. He coordinates our crews and equipment day to day, so your foundation is poured right, poured on time, and built to the standard our name depends on.

Colby Thoreson — Director of Sales

Colby is usually the first person you’ll talk to. He’ll walk you through your options, answer your questions in plain language, and make sure your quote fits both your project and your budget, no surprises.

Theresa Mackin — Office Manager

Theresa keeps everything behind the scenes moving. From scheduling and paperwork to prompt answers whenever you call or email, she’s the reason our projects stay organized and our customers stay in the loop.
